Terms of Use
By downloading or using AwakeQubit, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're short.
License
AwakeQubit is licensed to you under Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement (EULA) . In addition:
- You may use AwakeQubit on any Apple device you own or control.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute AwakeQubit.
Pro subscription
AwakeQubit Pro is available as a subscription ($1.99/month or $19.99/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($49). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment that grants perpetual access to Pro features available at the time of purchase. Future major version upgrades may require a new purchase.
Refunds
All refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy. Contact Apple Support to request a refund.
Disclaimer of warranties
AwakeQubit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AwakeQubit.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
